And what’s this having to wait a month??!?  No!

I just read the new chapter that’s out…..  I have a really funny feeling that Gui is the dictator of life?!?!?  It ended with the small glimpse of the Dictator of Life, and I was like Gui?!?

I have no clue why!  Can anyone help me out here?
